Includes everything in the (LP) Lite Plan plus full‑facility dusting, wiping all hard surfaces, and maintaining the appearance of hallways and shared areas. Combines the (LP) Lite Plan for most visits with at least one (EP) Essential Plan visit each month. It’s a cost‑effective middle ground that keeps details from being overlooked.

Is designed for new construction, move ins/outs, high traffic environments, or spaces that haven’t been maintained regularly. It requires multiple cleaning passes of scrubbing, washing, and mopping to bring surfaces back to a manageable condition and involve significantly more materials, labor and costs.
