This plan covers primary sanitation that includes sweeping and mopping hard floors and vacuuming carpets and mats. It also covers maintaining baseboards, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms, removing trash, and light cobweb removal (up to ~10 ft). We will also restock your paper and soap products.

The (LPV) Lite Plan Variation builds on the (LP) Lite Plan by adding extra cleaning tasks on a scheduled rotation. This keeps your space looking its best without increasing visit frequency. It also keeps your costs to a minimum. This plan works very well for smaller facilities that do not have very many employees or see a-lot of foot traffic.

The (EP) Essential Plan includes everything in the (LP) Lite Plan +plus full‑facility dusting and wiping of all hard surfaces. It maintains the appearance of hallways and all shared areas. This plan supports a healthier workspace and gives your customers a better experience. It’s our most popular plan, chosen by 98% of our clients.

This plan utilizes two cleaning lists on a schedule that works around your preferred cleaning frequency. The (LP) Lite Plan cleaning list is used on most cleaning visits and the (EP) Essential Plan cleaning list is used on all the others. It’s a cost‑effective middle ground that keeps details under control. An excellent choice for those on a budget wanting the (EP) Essential Plan.

Is designed for new construction, move ins/outs, high traffic environments, or spaces that haven’t been maintained regularly. Intensive deep cleaning requires multiple cleaning passes of scrubbing, washing, and mopping to bring surfaces back to a manageable condition and involves significantly more materials, labor and costs.
